Did you see my stats from last week?! I’m headed in the right direction! At first this week I was going to just walk in the afternoon. A 2.5 mile walk so definitely not a stroll, but I wouldn’t have been targeting my arms or my abs. I had just about talked myself out of doing the GrowWithJo videos because I’ve just never really liked doing exercise videos, really exercising for the sake of exercising at all.
